Hi, I’m Florentina Sandru, founder of Integrative-Coaching.co.uk.
I'm a Psychology graduate, CIPD and ICF qualified, with a passion for understanding people — and helping them thrive.
Over the years, through my studies and life experiences, I’ve seen how easy it is to lose connection with ourselves.
We get overwhelmed by decisions. We doubt our next move. We wonder if we’re enough — at work, in relationships, in life.
I've lived it too: the moments of uncertainty, the heavy transitions, the quiet frustration of feeling stuck when you know there’s more for you.
What I’ve learned is that we all have a voice inside us — one that’s been with us through every difficult moment and every small victory.
That voice deserves to be heard, trusted, and strengthened.
Coaching, for me, is about helping you reconnect with that inner voice. It’s about creating a space where you can find clarity, build confidence, and move forward on your terms — not someone else's.
